Nodota Hair Braiding – Booking & Salon Policies

At Nodota Hair Braiding, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and prepared with dedicated professional time, customized planning, and personalized care.

To protect the integrity of our schedule and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply to all services and bookings.

1.  Deposit & Payment Policy

A mandatory $50 deposit is required to reserve and confirm all appointments.

2.  Guest Policy

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests to their appointments unless prior approval has been given.

3.  Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule one (1) time at no charge when notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are considered late changes, and:

• The deposit becomes non-transferable and non-

4.  Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may:

8.  Hair Preparation Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving with hair prepared according to the instructions provided at the time of booking.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Excessively tangled hair
• Product buildup
• Detangling services
• Hair that requires additional preparation before the scheduled service can begin

Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair may require the appointment to be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled.

9.  Children Policy

For the safety of all guests and to maintain a relaxing salon environment, children who are not receiving services should not be left unattended in the salon.

10. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on your hair density, texture, length, and individual hair needs. Every client’s hair is unique, so the final price may be adjusted to reflect the time, technique, and care required to achieve the best results.

11.  Agreement to Policies
